I need to catch my breath!!!
This has been the busiest week. Getting ready for our Open House this Saturday has about killed us. Last night Charles and I finished hanging a chandelier in the kitchen and we are still talking. That is a test on your marriage I tell ya. It's hot, your arms are tired, you can't fit the wires in the hole, and the chain.....I'll end that here. Tonight, we will finish some flower pots and get the guest bedroom ready for company.
Now...about my students. I have the cutest class this year, very chatty, but cute. I have this one child who is extremely smart and Chinese. (I need to also add so so so so sweet.) Everything is yes ma'am, thank you, please. Precious! Well today I was listening to him read and then I had to ask him some questions. He said, "Mrs. Beasley? (He normally calls me Mrs. Jo Anna Beasley because of my name tag) Can I please answer these questions in Chinese. I said," Of course, let's hear it." I began to repeat what he said and when my assistant looked at us in amazement, he pointed at me and rolled his eyes. No telling what I was saying in Chinese. I am sure that I will have more stories about him and others. I wish you could all hear him talk.
Well, I also began my 2 Master's classes this week. One is online and one is not. Pray for me for endurance.
I promise I will take pics soon of my house.

Did you buy a new house or are you just doing some touch ups/redecorating?
I wish you were my teacher. That is definitely one of your gifts! The 4 year olds I'm teaching are PRECIOUS and say the funniest things in the cutest little voices! I absolutely love the babies! I can't wait to see pics!
BTW- Do you want me to show you how to add these people to your Blogs I Frequent links? Or just do it for ya like last time? :)
Yes Lauren- please do. Add Kim and Ryan if you know his. Thanks for the sweet comments. Might as well have fun if you have to be here.
Ryan-
Yes, we bought a house May 26. Because of that we are doing alot of redecorating/fixing up. Last night Charles said, "If we don't finish it's not like these people won't ever come again- I said They might not if we don't do all this."
Wish we could be there tomorrow. We will be thinking of you ALL day. Don't forget it is Jerrod's birthday.
Joshua
Who is this Charles guy? What did you do with Billy?
So funny about hanging the chandalier! Adam gets very upset when I want him to hang something. It can result in some hot tempers and many holes in the walls as well!
I didn't know you were going back to school! Good luck.
Matthew ADORES the Georgia keychain. We are finding something special for Hannah at Baylor tomorrow!
The open house was a blast. Everything looks so good. You can be proud of yourself. Charles and Billy did a great job on that chandelier and the food!!! IN the words of the south, "Ya done good." :)
Ryan-
Charles is Billy. Charles is really his name. He prefers to be Charles now that we are in Atlanta. Billy was a nickname.
I figured that. I just thought I would tease you about it. Look at all these comments you are getting. Makes you feel loved. See, you should keep blogging.
